The dua for 3rd ashra and its detail is as follows: The word ‘Ashra’ means 10 days, and the holy month Ramadan is based on 30 days which is divided into three Ashras with specific names, features, and qualities respectively. These Ashras or stages of the holy month Ramadan is divided by Allah Almighty and told by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم). The Muslims fast in the month of Ramadan and there are specific prayers for fasting: (Roza rakhne ki dua), and (Roza kholne ki dua).

The dua for 3rd Ashra (Teesra Ashra) of Ramzan
The third Ashra of Ramadan is denoted as “Freedom from Hell” (Nijaat) which starts from 21st to 30th of Ramadan. In this Ashra, Muslims seek blessings of Allah Almighty for protection and freedom from Hell. Following Dua is prescribed for third Ashra:
اَللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ
اے! میرے اللہ مجھے آگ (جہنم) سے بچا!
O! My Allah, save me from the fire (Jahannam)!
